I am writing this on Purim. The celebration of the deliverance of the Jewish people from the wicked Haman in the days Of Queen Esther of Persia. The rabbis teach that this and Hannukah are the only 2 holidays that will be celebrated in 1000 year reign with Yeshua, our Lord. The rest of the Bible will be completed. So what does that have to do with our lives today and why is it significant?
We are under a regime that is in the process of destroying our country and our beliefs and way of life. The systematic attack on our values, morals and lifestyles is evident every day. They are Satanist who abuse children, and mock God. Much like the Haman era. God is never mentioned in the book of Esther, but He is always working behind the scenes. Here is the bottom line, Esther asked all the Jewish people to pray and fast 3vdays and nights, so she could approach the king and ask him to save her people. Our king is Yeshua! Each person who wants to save the remnant in these end times, needs to pray and fast.
James 5:16 tells us that;” The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
By writing about hours in the day that are called prayer watches, or set hours that events happened in the Bible, I hope will encourage and show a pattern to believers. I also encourage believers to read a three set group of books by Liberty Savard, they are scriptural and show how binding all prayers ,and more to the will, purpose and timing of God. This as well as loosing our own desires, will make for a more effective prayer life in Yeshua.
The bible tells us in Matthew 18:18; Verily I say unto you, whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven : and whatsoever ye shall loose on Earth shall be loosed in heaven. I bind the entire North American continent to the will, purpose, and timing of the Lord daily, feel free to join me in this prayer as our nation is in peril.
The 6th watch ,9am-Noon.
This is the busy time in our lives, we should not be unguarded but vigilant and careful.
It was at 9 am Yeshua was crucified, the hour of morning sacrifice. He had been hanging there three hours. His agonies, his sufferings, mental and spiritual were at their height. (mark 15:33-37, Luke 23:44-46, John 19:28-30) The sixth hour at noon was the peak hour of suffering and death because at the sixth hour until the ninth hour (12-3) there was darkness over all the earth. It is important we pray to come against this darkness. Over our families, our jobs, our nation, and for healing.
In Acts 10:3, About the ninth hour of the day, he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God coming and saying to him, Cornelius!” who son was healed later in the Bible.
We are at war and our only weapon according to Ephesians 6:14, is the sword of the word, or YOUR PRAYERS! Have a Blessed week and enjoy Purim.
